Small Group Training (SGT) presents the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of a trainer while lowering the financial entry point.
Small group training consists of one trainer working with a group of 2 to 6 clients. Keeping the group to an 6 person max allows the personal trainer to build a connection with each individual while also giving proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment. Modalities include cardio, HIIT, and strength training. Multiple levels of experience in the same training session are welcomed. I adjust the workout with exercise progressions and regressions based on each individual in the group.
